Bike repair shops deemed essential service :: Mitigating COVID-19

These are unprecedented times as our globe struggles to cope with a global pandemic caused by COVID-19. With bike repair shops being deemed an essential service by our Alberta Health Minister, we are thankful we can remain open to not only support our community, but help our residents exercise with their families while adhering to physical distancing recommendations.   

To ensure we are making every effort to mitigate any further transmission of this illness, we have added a few specific tactics to our daily operations to help keep you safe:

• Drop-off and pick-up by appointment only.
• All bikes are fully wiped down with disinfectant before they’re worked on, and again before they are picked up. Please ensure your bikes are clean when dropped off so they can be disinfected right away.
• Please maintain physical distance of at least 2m.
• Payments are ideally made by e-transfer or credit card. If cash is given, please bring it in an envelope.
